Florida!!!!

We had not visited my mom's side of the family since Bridget was almost 2. So, most of them had not met Brianna. We figured it was time to go for a visit and my sweet Uncle Jay and Aunt Patty were gracious enough to let us stay with them for close to a week! We had a wonderful time getting to see everyone and the weather was great, too! The girls immediately connected to Uncle Jay, Aunt Patty, Bradley, and Jacob! No surprise, though, because they are amazing with kids!! We were so thankful to have the chance to visit with them and for our girls to get to know them better. They were so helpful with watching them for us, feeding them, taking them to the park. Our girls were so smitten with them that it got to the point where Bridget and Brianna were refusing to go to me or Brian and only wanted to be with Uncle Jay or Aunt Patty! It was super cute and sweet! We are so glad we made the trip down there. Bridget rode in the car with me, Rolan, Nonni, and Boppo while Brian and Brianna flew down on the plane.

Having fun in the hot tub!

The girls were fascinated by all the lizards.

Can't wait for pool time this summer!

All the girls hung out while the guys took the kids to play putt putt. Unfortunately, brian got a call on Thursday that Grandaddy was going to need emergency heart surgery on Friday. So, he took a flight home to NC and was able to spend the night with his Dad before the surgery and be there with him. Thank God, everything went well and Grandaddy is home recovering nicely! Everyone missed Brian being there for the last few days, but we are thankful he was able to go home to be with his Dad. Nonni ended up flying home with Brianna while the rest of us drove back

Great-Grandma and Boppo kept the girls for us while the adults had some fun!

Getting some Boppo love!

Bridget and Uncle Jay - 2 peas in a pod!

Bridget was acting a little hyper at the restaurant that evening and she had everyone cracking up when she made the statement, "I'm calm during the day, but I get wild at night!" Let's hope that statement is not true of her as a teenager!! :)

We all went bowling and Rolan did great!

Uncle Jay was Bridget's buddy for bowling - she had so much fun!

When she wasn't bowling, she was organizing the bowling balls!

Towards the end they dropped the ramp and rolled the ball themselves!

As you can see, Rolan won the 1st game!
